The Site
The management make no apology for the formality of the following statements as they are in place to protect both you, as visitors, and them, as owners.
Due to the fact that the all ponds could be a drowning hazard, for your own safety, please ensure that you and your party respect the following comments.
-
Do not open any gates, or climb through any fencing.
-
The designated areas for your use are all “open”. These are limited to your own garden area, the outside play area (and its immediate surroundings) and the games room.
-
The enclosed grassed area to the front of the barns is only for the use of visitors who have booked both barns.
-
Please ensure that a responsible adult checks the play area (and its immediate surroundings) before any children are allowed to play there – only if that person deems it safe to do so, should children be allowed to use it. They should be supervised at all times. Shoes should be worn at all times.
-
Access to the games room is via the small doorway on the front of the large barn opposite.
-
The pond is for purely for aesthetics and should, in no way, be treated otherwise - this will also ensure wildlife is left as undisturbed as possible.
-
Please drive on the site with the utmost caution – there may be other guests in the adjacent property.
-
Please respect any other guests in the adjacent barn and local residents.
-
Please ensure all dogs are kept on leads at all times when in public areas; we don't want them to be a danger to livestock and other guests (some people are nervous of dogs). Please clean up after your dog immediately.
-
It is expressly forbidden to charge any Electric Vehicle on site - the wiring is simply not up to it.
Again, these may sound a little draconian, but they are put in place to allow all guests to have an enjoyable and safe stay.
